"Got help around when I needed it"
I got a reply fast, and they were helpful right away. It was about as smooth as I could’ve hoped for

"Fees really added up"
The price seemed fine at first but once I got to checkout a bunch of extra fees showed up. It ended up costing way more than I thought it would.

"Repairs took way too long"
We had a few maintenance problems during our stay, and some things in the cabin already looked worn out. They did come by to fix one issue, but it still wasn’t really fixed afterward. It wasn’t nothing completely awful, and the cabin itself was okay, but having to deal with repairs on a short trip was annoying. Not the worst stay, just not great either.

"I had a good feeling from the..."
I had a good feeling from the photos, and the cabin turned out to be just what I thought it would be. Everything matched the listing, the details were accurate, and there weren’t any weird surprises when we got there. It pretty much confirmed my first impression that this was a solid pick.

"The cabin just wasn’t very clean when..."
The cabin just wasn’t very clean when we showed up. The floors had that sticky feel, there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen counters looked like someone just gave them a fast wipe and called it good. The location was alright, no real issue there, but with the cleaning fee they charge, I expected it to be in much better shape.

"Easy check-in and checkout"
Check-in and checkout were both really easy and went smoothly. For me, that made the whole stay feel a lot more relaxed since I didn’t have to deal with any hassle at the beginning or end.
